Is there anywhere in the UK that you can get a flight in a fighter jet?

My dad has always wanted to fly in a MIG-29 or a MIG-15, generally any type of fighter jet like that. I want to buy a gift certificate or something along those lines for him and a friend to do it. I know there are places ouside of the UK but does anyone know of anywhere in the UK?
